We build software that earns its place.
Our Apps
The only native mapping app built for gold prospecting and mineral exploration in Nova Scotia. Live claim boundaries, 23 data layers, historic occurrences, drill hole records, and bedrock geology — all on one fast, easy-to-use map.
Browse live mineral claims and a full stack of government geoscience on a fast native iOS map. Tap anywhere for an instant analysis. Stake with confidence.
Live Data
Active claims, bedrock geology, geochemistry, 28,000 drill holes, Faribault survey data, restricted areas, and more — loaded from authoritative government sources on a fast native MapKit map. No browser tabs. No waiting.
Spatial Intelligence
Tap any map point for an instant synthesis: what claims are active, what geology underlies the area, nearby gold anomalies, drill holes, historic mine workings, and fault proximity — answers in seconds, not hours of tab-switching.
Field Ready
Claims cached for 24 hours. Use the built-in staking calculator to prepare your NovaROC application — select cells, copy the tract descriptions, and file your EL — entirely offline, in the field where it matters.
The complete toolkit for serious Nova Scotia prospectors — capabilities the government portal simply doesn’t have, built natively for iOS.
Bug reports, feature ideas, or anything else — we read every message and typically respond within one business day.
Legal
Applies to all apps published by Auriven Labs.
Auriven Labs is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect as little data as possible — and only what is needed to make our apps work.
We do not gather names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information.
Pro features operate through Apple’s auto-renewable subscription model. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we never receive or store your payment details. Users manage subscriptions via Apple ID settings, governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Our apps display maps and data from Apple Maps and the Nova Scotia government’s ArcGIS services. The app may also link to third-party websites you choose to open (such as the Nova Scotia registry or reference pages). These services are governed by their own privacy policies, and we do not control the data they collect.
All data you create in the app — favourites, field notes, points of interest, settings, and cached map data — remains under your control, stored on your device. Auriven Labs does not operate servers storing your personal data. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored information.
If you are signed into iCloud, data you create in the app — including favourites, points of interest, watched claims, and assessment work logs — may sync across your devices via Apple’s CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is not accessible to Auriven Labs. It remains in your iCloud account until you delete it within the app or remove it from your iCloud settings. Your iCloud data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
